Back on Track! 10/19/09

I gave up on this for a while but really need to get back on track, so here is my first effort. I plan on also going to the gym tonight!

Breakfast:
Simple breakfast burrito:
1 Tortilla - 130 calories
1/2 cup egg substitute- 60 calories
2 tbspn. salsa - 10 calories

Lunch:
1/2 Chinese Chicken Salad- unsure
1/2 can of Chicken soup - 80 calories
