Snack: (11:30)
1/2 cocoa bar - 50 calories
Lunch:(12:30)
Healthy Choice Sweet & Sour Chicken - 400 calories
Diet Coke - 0 calories
Snack:(3:30)
1/2 banana, 1 tspn. peanut butter - 120 calories
1 apple - 100 calories
Work out @ 7:30- 45 minutes
Protein Shake afterwards -- 200 calories
Dinner: (9:00)
Rice - 250 calories
Balsamic chicken - 250 calories
Green Beans - 60 calories
Salad - 0 calories
1530 Calories Total/1681 for the day...
